Notice the language your Impatient Part uses.

Naming this voice can help you create distance from it. Often, the Impatient Part is driven by a fear of inadequacy or failure.
Ask yourself, What am I afraid will happen if I slow down?
This awareness can help you address the root cause. When you catch yourself rushing or multitasking unnecessarily, pause and offer yourself kindness. Remind yourself that it’s okay to slow down and that your worth is not tied to your productivity.
Clarity enables you to break free from the automatic patterns of the Impatient Part. By shining a light on its motivations and behaviours, you regain control over your actions and choices.
