Trauma-Informed Yoga & Somatic Therapist | Retreat Leader Cellular Memory Healing

Jatty Sohal-Heyn is a leading expert in somatic trauma healing and the founder of the MSBC “Organic Healing” Method — a transformative, integrative approach that addresses trauma through the synergy of mind, soul, and body. Her method works beyond traditional talk therapy by releasing trauma stored in the body’s cellular memory, using breath, movement, water, and energetic alignment to foster emotional resilience and lasting stability.

With a background that bridges cultures and healing disciplines — born in Birmingham (UK), rooted in Punjab, and based in Hamburg — Jatty integrates Eastern wisdom with modern therapeutic tools. She collaborates with wellness spas, leads international retreats, and offers trauma-informed coaching and training for individuals and organisations.

Her work is grounded in a pivotal realisation:

“Almost everyone I worked with had experienced some form of trauma. But healing could not happen through talking alone — the body needed to be part of the process to neutralise the trauma.”

This insight led her to explore the concept of cellular memory — and ultimately to develop her own somatic therapy model, MSBC. Today, she works with private clients, corporate wellness partners, and luxury spas across Germany, including with her specialised MSBC Sauna Yoga.

As a member of the Calmfidence Council Network, Jatty shares deep insights on Cellular Trauma Healing, Yoga Therapy, Breathwork, Somatic Resilience, Aromacholocy and the integration of body-based practices into modern leadership and wellbeing.
